The shops would need to replace this stock therefore the master franchisee would have a turnover of 24000 Euros each month. On 20% commission, the master franchisee will earn 4800 Euros per month, or 57600 Euros per year. Therefore if someone buys an area now for 55000 Euros and develops it, they should be able to recoup their money in the first year.
