This is a legitimate sale of a good and sound business. The hotel has 16 spacious en-suite double bedrooms, all with first class facilities and as well as private balconies overlooking the pool and gardens and with mountain views. This is the only hotel in town that has its own pool and gardens and ample parking.
The orientation of the hotel means that it has sun at all times, winter and summer. 8 of the rooms have easy access for the disabled, as does the restaurant and bar which is equipped with a disabled WC. The hotel is currently run under management with good and reliable staff, in particular the housekeeping and reception staff. The hotel is maintained to very high standards. The staff may or may not be retained should you require. Because of this the hotel is very easy to run under management but there is also the opportunity for new owners to be more ‘hands-on’ and maximise profits. It has a good return client base and all of the guests tend to be middle to upper end of the market and there are opportunities to expand the client base via booking agents.
