The occupancy of the hotel is approx 75-100% summer months / Easter / ferias, other times up to 75%, and the pricing structure for the rooms start as follows, each price is per night: Single: 26 - 63€ Double: 38 - 83€ Matrimonial: 45 - 90€ Triple: 50 - 83€ Quadruple: 62 - 103€ Fuengirola is home to a mix of nationalities and is ideal for families. There\'s a fine sea front with loads of great places to eat and drink, including bars, cafés and chiringuitos. Away from the sandy 8 km. stretch of beaches, there is the main plaza, which has recently been rebuilt with pleasant pedestrian-friendly streets and lots of surrounding green areas and fountains. Having long been a tourist destination, Fuengirola boasts, multi-lingual schools, theaters, cinemas and churches.
