Rent a 43 room hotel in one of the busiest and most popular resort towns of the Costa del Sol and considered to be the best in the area resulting in a high percentage of year around occupation.
Located ten minutes drive from Puerto Banus and with immediate access to the N340/E7 motorway making the journey to Malaga International airport a mere 30 minutes drive.
The hotel is immaculate and built from new in 2002 all rooms have air-conditioning and warm air heating, television and phone connections and all are en-suite, of the 43 rooms 36 are large doubles, 3 are suites and even the 4 singles are large and have all the same facilities.
A huge advantage is that the hotel has full Solar heating that supplies all the hot water required to operate the hotel which keeps the running costs to a minimum.
Excellent reception area directly of the towns main street, large underground public parking close to the hotel.
The hotel dinning room is excellent and is supported by a fully equipped though small commercial kitchen.
Attractive lounge area plus huge modern lower area, fully tiles and decorated which would lend itself to a games area or other activity.
The hotel can be accessed from to streets with the main entrance on the high street, the imposing frontage of the hotel makes it very easy to see and there is no true competition in the area.
Total staff to operate the business amounts to seven with three being part time cleaners.
Possibility to purchase at 5,000,000 euros.
The hotel owner requires a Bank Guarantee to the value 100,000 Euros, this is the usual situation on the very rare occasions that we have a hotel on direct rental.
Clients should realise that it is fairly obvious that no owner is going to hand over the keys on a fully fitted, quality hotel with all the expensive furnishings, televisions, kitchens, computers etc without a reasonable safe guard.
The security bond is not payable in cash, the owner requires a letter of guarantee from clients Bankers or, in the event of them wishing to operate a bank account here in Spain, which we can arrange, the guarantee is held in the bank in their name, attracting interest which is high at 7.5% in Spain at the moment, the Bank will issue the required paperwork.
Either way funds or collaterial to the ammount of 100,000 Euros will need to be available.
The agency fee, under Spanish rental contract terms, equates to one months rental this is the responsibility of the lessee.
The Hotel is offered on a five years rent contract with sitting tenant right to purchase the freehold should the elderly owner decide to sell.
9,000 Euros monthly with bank guarantee, as explained above.
