This wonderful and romantic hotel has been built respecting the surrounding scenery with an octagonal floor for the lounge and a rectangle, which comprises the rooms and Andalusian courtyard, all following the guidelines of Feng-Shui. The wooden ceilings and clay block walls are all made in ecological material. The water is drawn from a depth of 176 metres and has extraordinary health qualities and an ecological orchard with chickens, etc. supply the well-known restaurant.
The beautiful hotel has 14 rooms, with the names of the bushes found on the surrounding land. 12 double rooms of 20 m2, complete en-suite bathroom with hand painted ceramic tiles and cast iron bathroom fittings, and 2 suites.

Each room is distinctly decorated, and therefore completely different from the others using the most exquisite materials. The rooms are divided between two wings, one wing overlooking the mountains and the other the pine forest, with terraces and chairs available to enjoy the view. The windows in the rooms are all made by Iroko wood, with double glazed "climalit" windows, radiators and rustic stone floors.
The two suites are made up of a king size bed (1.50m), a sofa bed, cherry wood furniture and cast iron fittings. One of them has a hydro massage bath, and another has been built with special measurements for the disabled. There is also a private terrace.
The restaurant offers the visitor excellent cuisine which has been prepared with the home-grown products, providing Mediterranean and natural food. It has been awarded a prize of singularity by the Malaga Council, for its service to customers and superb Malaga cooking. It has 50 seats inside and capacity for another 300 seats on the outdoor patio.
There is also a conference room for 50 persons and a great swimming pool plus 2 staff apartments in the basement, a wide lobby and reception, a fully fitted bar and a cosy corner with an open fireplace. Everything is included in the favourable price.
The hotel owner requires a Bank Guarantee to the value 85,000 Euros, this is the usual situation on the very rare occasions that we have a hotel on direct rental.
Clients should realise that it is fairly obvious that no owner is going to hand over the keys on a fully fitted, quality hotel with all the expensive furnishings, televisions, kitchens, computers etc without a reasonable safe guard.
The security bond is not payable in cash, the owner requires a letter of guarantee from clients Bankers in Spain, or, in the event of them wishing to operate a bank account here in Spain, which we can arrange, the guarantee is held in the bank in their name, attracting interest which is high at 7.5% in Spain at the moment, the Bank will issue the required paperwork.
Either way funds or collateral to the amount of 85000 Euros will need to be available.
The agency fee, under Spanish rental contract terms, equates to one month’s rental this is the responsibility of the lessee.
