Outside this impressive sports bar is a massive sunny terrace with 10 tables, 50 nice chairs and some additional cooling sunshades for the satisfied guests who wants to take a smoke and a drink outside. Located in a very busy area the normal opening hours are 8.30am until 2am on weekdays and 1pm until 3am on weekends. Five years renewable lease at 2000 Euros monthly.
